With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? If they insist more breath, it is because your fish tank is not hefty enough. It is not because of the water. The sea water needs to be the rebuke temperature and pH level. Brita does not purvey that, it filters the water.

A well-advised elucidation is to bourgeon superficies stirring which will continue oxygen to the water. Occasionally you may add a capful of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons the the tank. The brita will-power not facilitate the root problem.

I would mark that an time-honoured pass through would be healthier than no filter. I take advantage of a Pur filter too and the still water still looks very indisputable uninterrupted when it's beyond due. I would handle it until you get a new one. It can't hurt you.

Ubuntu Amarok won't start
- hope someone can help here. Amarok got updated today to ver 1.4.6 - evreything was fine. But it has just stopped responding - couldn't close it, open it, start music at all. Had to reboot and it won't start at all now. Tried running from the terminal to see if it gave me an error kevin@kevin-desktop:~$ amarokapp after 20 minutes this is the response - you can't see the flashing cursor though! I've purged and reinstalled but still no joy. If I can't get it to work - is it possible to revert to previous version?

Ubuntu Computer won't boot... PLEASE help me...
I'm working on my 7.04 Live CD. My computer has Ubuntu 7.04 installed as well as XP Home. Today, I was trying to use Partition Magic (we'll call this mistake number one) to create a swap partition, something I had failed to do before. I resized my Windows partition to 1 gig less than it was before to create a new swap part. I also set it to become a swap part using Partition Magic. I hit Apply, and rebooted. Everything went smoothly until "step 3". It gave me a file system error, and said "failed". I hit a button to reboot... and was greeted with Grub Error 17. The PC won't do anything past that. The good news is that I can view and browse both partitions and all of my files are safe. Help me PLEASE. I've got like an hour at most to get this fixed.

I restarted my pc and was presented with a screen saying i had to choose from 5 options before starting my pc they were: Safe Mode Safe Mode with Networking Safe mode with command Prompt Last Known Good settings Start Windows Normally I've seen this before so i thought nothing of it and chose start normally, windows began to start then it restarted and went back to the screen with the five choices, no matter which one i chose it just restarted and went back to the same screen again and again. My knowledge of PC hardware is very limited, so can you guys please help me? P.s. i tried e-mailing windows support but they want a product id number, which i can access because i cant get on my pc.

Ubuntu Laptop won't boot!!! Please Help!
I have a laptop running ubuntu 11.04 and Windows 7. I've had this set up since 11.04 release and have had no problems. I recently purchased a new hard drive for my laptop, I removed my old and and installed the new. When I turned on my laptop, the hp load screen appeared and after that...a blank screen. I restarted my laptop and loaded bios, I was able to access bios, but as soon as i exited I saw a blank screen once again. I then thought there may be some problems due to Grub, so i reinstalled my old hard drive and I'm having the same problems. I tried to reset my bios CMOS battery and still the same problem. I can access bios but nothing else. the computer won't boot from hard drive/cd-rom/usb. I ran diagnostics through bios and every thing checked out okay. Any ideas?

Ubuntu partition won't start after upgrade
I upgraded my main hard drive to a 500GB Seagate SATA, and left the 80GB as a secondary one. I used the dd command to copy over the partitions. I used parted magic to expand them. The only problem was that it would boot straight into Windows. Grub was gone. I tried various methods before I managed to get GRUB back using the super grub cd, however when I click on Ubuntu, it won't start it and returns an error code 17. How do I restore my partition? Help!

Ubuntu Drive won't partition??? Please help!
Ok, im a complete noob with linux (i know isnt it a shame?) and im trying to install kubuntu. I can get the installer to run and the network setup but for whatever reason i cant seem to partition my 200gb ide harddrive into a 150gb partition for windows and a 50gb partition for linux. i can type in the new 150gb value but when it goes to change it i dont see anything except the blue background and then the original manual partition page comes back up with the same 200gb size value and no new partition. What is the deal? Can anyone suggest an alternative route for me to use to get linux and xp to reside on the same drive but without ruining my xp files? Id really like to get kubuntu installed and running. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Explaining what Animo meant to them in the 1940s is Mr. Eduardo “Mendy” Mendieta, the team captain of the 1947 – 48 NCAA Champion La Salle Seniors Basketball Team.

atenean_blooded (01:03:16) :
Tony,
I’ve been a fan of our college sports history for quite a bit, and based on what I dug up (looking at websites, archived newspapers, school materials, and archived copies of our school paper), this is what I have to say:
- There is, as of the moment, no clear, convincing evidence that conclusively shows which school used “animo” first. All we have, really, are extant materials that allow us to make particular conjectures. The oldest materials can only go as far back as the NCAA, showing usage mostly by Ateneo, San Beda, and La Salle (Letran was using a different Spanish word, “Arriba,” etc.). It’s entirely possible that the usage wasn’t even one for organized cheering, but rather as some sort of tagline, the same way, for example, Gang Green’s shirts read “Not Only When It Matters.”
- “Animo” is a Spanish word derived from the Latin word “animus,” which means “spirit,” or “soul,” or if you want to go back to the Greek etymological roots of the word, “anemos,” it also means “breath.” Idiomatic usage of the word “Animo” also gives rise, therefore, to a sense of spirited-ness, to “courage,” which is how the Bedans understand the usage of the word. Therefore, saying “Animo Ateneo,” “Animo La Salle,” and “Animo San Beda” simply means “Ateneo Spirit,” “La Salle Spirit,” or “San Beda Spirit/Courage.” (“Animo” also exists as a Latin verb, which means “I give life to” or “I give breath to” or “I give spirit to,” which, using idioms, again, can give rise to “I give courage to.” But since the traditions of the Ateneo and San Beda were primarily Spanish, it is reasonable to assume that the word used was Spanish.)
- Based on the facts, the Ateneo was the first school to introduce organized cheering to the Philippines, before the NCAA was founded. The cheering tradition began as an attempt to rally our team during friendly games between the Ateneo and UP. The evidence then shows that La Salle started cheering in the NCAA at least as early as 1926. Later on, other schools like San Beda followed suit. And when he was an Ateneo cheerleader, Lamberto V. Avellana, who graduated from the Ateneo college in 1937, prepared a book compiling extant Ateneo cheers and hymns. The book saw a lot of production particularly in the 1950s (although some post-war cheers and hymns were sadly not included). The cheer book was reprinted in 1999.
- Among the cheers mentioned there was the Ateneo’s “Animo Yell.” At the time, the Ateneo’s signature cheer was the “one-word cheer,” or as Sen. Gordon likes to put it, “the one word that conquers”: “Fight!” (which we usually hear as: clap-clapclap-clap-clap-clap-clap, “FIGHT!”). There are, however, documented instances of the words “Animo Ateneo” used in Ateneo materials, such as banners, etc.
With hope that this makes the discussion a bit more interesting,

“Animo means courage”, said Eduardo Mendieta.
Thank you Tony for the clip.
A wonderful confirmation by an elder La Sallite that “Animo” means courage. This, after all has always been our position that the Spanish cheer “Animo San Beda!” is translated into “Courage San Beda!/Have Courage San Beda!”
In writtern Spanish it is:
ВЎГЎnimo San Beda!
“Take courage!”, “Lift up your spirit!” , “Cheer up!” and “Keep it up!” are some of the translations of this Spansh word when used to encourage. Since courage is an underlying Bedan theme, we prefer “Courage!”.
atenean_blooded , just like Mr.Eduardo Mendieta, is also correct in his statement that animo means spirit or more precisely school spirit in our common understanding. Thus Animo Ateneo means the Ateneo school spirit. Animo La Salle means La Salle school spirit and the Bedan Animo means the Bedan school spirit.
However, when we shout ВЎГЎnimo!, there is a slight difference in meaning. We do not cheer “San Beda School Spirit!” but rather “Have Courage San Beda!” or “Courage San Beda!”. Although it can be rightfully argued as referring to the same thing. Such is a normal problem in linguistics.
The subtle difference in meaning can be attributed to the context, the accent and the idiomatic usage which is normal in the Spanish language. In written Spanish, this is demonstrated by using the tilde to show the acute Spanish accent as an example. But that’s another story
Shouting “Animo!” was as common as shouting “Vamos!” and “Avance!” in the old times. We were after all a former colony of Spain.
Atenean_blooded expressed a very good insight which makes the “first usage” argument irrelevant. “Tag lines” by the our Spanish speaking elders even prior to the creation of cheering squads.
Tony, like what I have said before, the “first usage” is a non-issue for us Bedans. If that’s an issue for La Salle, no problem.
Does Animo have a color? Yes.
In traditional cheering, it’s GREEN, BLUE and RED.
ВЎГЎnimo!

Nice one Tony! With regards to stewie’s post, I think it’s not good if all schools use ‘animo’ in their cheers and banners. School cheers doesn’t only show school spirit, but should also show the school’s originality, creativity, and their proud history. Undeniably, La Salle, San Beda (and Ateneo) can argue all day and night regarding their use of the word ‘animo’ because that’s part of their history. Would you want your school to be accused of copying cheers from others? I think there are a lot of creative minds out there that can fuse modernity and their school’s history and character into their cheers. For me, UST so far is the school that’s able to made a lot of original cheers without sounding familiar to the classic ones (referring to Ateneo, San Beda and La Salle). They even dropped one of their familiar cheers when another school accused them that the cheer was theirs. ‘Tira UE’ is a good start.

The word ‘go’ isn’t as unique and as specific as ‘animo’, so I think claiming the word ‘go’ is like claiming that only one should use the word ‘the’. Almost all the schools (even those outside the major collegiate leagues) use ‘go’ as a basic term of support and loyalty. Besides, knowing which school first used the word ‘go’ is undeniably harder than knowing which one used ‘animo’.

Justice, If you are a Bedan, you should understand that the question “who started using it first” does not mean anything to us.
Like what I have said in my earlier post, we have been consistent and faithful to the proper usage of animo when cheered since time immemorial. That is more important given the confusion. In written Spanish, we cheer:
ВЎГЎnimo San Beda!
Our guide has always been the now revived Spanish Cheer:
El Colegio de San Beda Tiene que ganar! (Spanish Cheer)
El Colegio de San Beda
Tiene que ganar!
Animo, bravo, viva!
San Beda San Beda Arriba
Luchar, zumbar, acudir Hasta morir
Adelante, Victoria
San Beda San Beda San Beda
Adelante, Victoria
San Beda San Beda San Beda
Do we own these Spanish words? Certainly not!
Thanks to Mr. Tony Atayde, our understaning of the word was confirmed by a non-Bedan third party. An elder La Sallite in fact.
In the context of Bedan cheering, as referenced with the interview and confirmed by Spanish-English dictionaries, ВЎГЎnimo! means have courage when cheered.
When we Bedans use it in declarative manner, it refers to the school spirit. Thus the Bedan Animo is the Bedan spirit, the Bedan school spirit. (as clearly explained by atenean_blooded).
To quote Mr. Eduardo “Mendy” Mendieta, the team captain of the 1947 – 48 NCAA Champion La Salle Seniors Basketball Team:
“ANIMO MEANS COURAGE…….SPIRIT…….”

Animo San Beda!
Have Courage San Beda! Animo San Beda!
Have Courage San Beda! Animo San Beda!
One of the more popular line in the traditional Bedan cheers is “Animo San Beda”. [26]
Bedans use ANIMO to mean COURAGE in their cheers. When Bedans yell “Animo San Beda!” they actually mean “Courage San Beda!/Have Courage San Beda!”, faithful to the Spanish idiomatic usage of the word.[2] [27].[28] Animo is a Spanish word which means spirit, energy, vitality, purpose and will. Used as an expression of encouragement by Spanish speaking societies, it means courage or have courage. “Avance San Beda!” and “Vamos!” were also popular then. In the pre-war Spanish San Beda cheer (also known as El Colegio de San Beda Tiene que Ganar!), ANIMO is also included.[27] [26] Even in the traditional English cheer, “Stand on the Grandstand”, ANIMO is extensively used. It is a shared belief among Bedans that the popular line “Animo ________, Beat _________” used by other schools as a stand alone cheer, originated from the 1950s Bedan Cheer Stand on the Grandstand”.[2]
The most recent cheer which incorporates “Animo San Beda” is the 1970s SBCA. Said cheer was adopted in the 1970s to pay tribute to the new addition to the Benedictine community, the Benedictine Abbey School – San Beda Alabang. [5]

Justice, you know that we Bedans accept the fact that Ateneo was the first school to organize a cheering squad. Hence, they are probably the first to use Animo in an organized manner.
We don’t even go around arguing that we were the first to use it. If you do have further evidence, I invite you to join gameface.ph. or Bedista.com to clarify your position.

well, i guess it’s clear now, at least for us Bedans – that we are not (and should not) claim that we were the ones who first used the word animo. (and la salle even ateneo, still can’t claim it as if they own the word because we still don’t have facts and relevant materials that would strongly support evidences). But for young Lasallites who might claim that they have the more right to use the word, just expect that we Bedans would be the number one to strongly disagree. PAX!
Now, for the la sallian chant wooohooohooo! Animo La Salle! (I think you call it rain chant? correct me please.), and San Beda’s (indian chant?) wooohooohooo! Go San Beda Fight!, some people say Bedans used that cheer first.

In an early copy of Webster’s dictionary (1828), the word “courage” comes from coeur, the French word for heart: “Courage is the quality that enables one to face difficulty and danger with firmness, without fear or depression.” And then, as Webster (a born-again Christian) often did in those days, he concluded his definition with a Scripture reference: Deuteronomy 31. That chapter includes Moses’ final speech to the children of Israel shortly before his death and Joshua’s taking up the torch of leadership. At 120 years of age, Moses tells ’em, “Ya gotta have heart!”

And I woke up early this morning and I went to the 5 and dime

She pulled down her pants and said, “Splack these hands”

Whoa…oh…oh…oh…
Sally, whew, “That Girl”
So we walked her to her house, as she opened up the door
It was heart-shaped bed in the middle of the floor
She pushed me on the bed and this you can bet
In between her legs was real, real wet
So I grabbed her by her thighs and I moved up truly
She jumped off the bed and said, “Don’t touch my booty”
“Don’t touch my booty вЂcause I won’t touch you”
“Don’t touch my booty вЂcause it’s not the thing to do”
Whoa…oh…oh…oh…

Whoa…oh…oh…oh…

So we bailed out her house just to get something to eat
We saw her friend named Patty walkin’ down the street
Patty turned around as we yelled out her name
She dropped to her knee and began to sing
Whoa…oh…oh…oh…

Sally is a girl that likes to play
And if you want some lovin’ Sally is okay
She has a different fellow every day of the week
Two or maybe three just to make it sweet
Sally wants a man she can call her own

All Sally wants is a fellow with a room

Maybe we ought to put this issue to rest.
I think the phrase Animo (team name) cannot be possibly owned by a single school. It’s a phrase that most likely have come from the Spaniards and mestizos who were attending and running the catholic schools in the 1920s and 1930s.
Animo as a phrase is still used by the Spanish especially with their football teams (Animo Barcelona, etc.). If we go back in time during the advent of Philippine college sports, who were the predominant class attending the exclusive halls of Ateneo, La Salle and San Beda? The Spanish mestizos, right? It would make sense then that when these students cheer they would use the phrases that would be en vogue at the time. This may also explain why Animo is not used by UP, FEU, JRU or UE because these were the schools where most Filipinos (non-mestizos)would attend. UP had American origins while the rest had nationalistic roots. Letran, Mapua, UST and Adamson (St.Vincent de Paul) I suppose had other things going for them. I maybe wrong but perhaps the reason why they don’t use Animo is that their student demographics may have been a lot more mixed (tisoys, chinoys, pinoys, amboys, etc.). Then again, they may have used the phrase Animo but never really incorporated it into an actual cheer so it never caught on.
This is just my take on the matter, so it’s not exactly gospel truth.

Me and the Green Mind will have a discussion about this Animo thing. I think he is forgetting the other school that uses the Animo extensively throughout its NCAA campaign since the very beginning – San Beda College. The chant has been a very old cheer for San Beda.

The ‘Rain Chant’ came from the ‘Woodstock’ album. It segues to Santana’s Soul Sacrifice.

Rain Chanting Sioux Nation (04:49:11) :
In the context of Woodstock and American Pop Culture, “Rain Chanting” is Native American. That is the whole point why San Beda adopted the chant. It’s roted in American Indian and consistent with a Bedan chanting theme since 1947.
.
La Salle adopted the chant without due recognition of its origin, relevance to Woodstock Hippies nor to American Indian icons. There lies the difference.
.
La Salle adopted it as it is, for probably being cute and cool during the hippie days. The Bedans adopted the woodstock version and explained why. Why? Because it was then one of the popular romantic rendition of Native American chanting. Just like the simple “Awowowowowowowowo” (with the hand tapping the mouth as if on a warpath).
.
“RAIN CHANT”. This title in itself is already a dead giveaway that the chanting in Woodstock is Native American inspired. Not to mention all those Native American dress, shoes, beads, hair, communal living and much more that Hippies tried to emulate.
.
I hope we put this issue to rest. La Salle does not recognize the chant as Native American inspired, while Bedans understand the chant as a romantic rendition of an Indian cry.
.
The present form has the same source but the adaptation by the two schools have different reasons. Bedans indeed have a valid reason to do the “Rain Chat”. We are after all have been Indian Yelling since 1947. How about La Salle? Where is the “Indianness” in La Salle? Awowowowowowowowo!
.
However, this article is about “Animo” and the elder La Sallite agreed with the Bedan interpretation. The Bedans were right all along.
.
Here’s the clip which was removed from the article.

The вЂRain Chant’ came from the вЂWoodstock’ album. It segues to Santana’s Soul Sacrifice.”
Allen, do you know that the “rain chants” and the “no rain chant” took place on Sunday August 17, 1969 when a huge rainstorm hit following Joe Cocker’s set and prior to Country Joe $ The Fish?
.
Santanta’s set took place Saturday August 16, 1969 in the afternoon when there was absolutely no rain at all.
.
What you hear on the Woodstock soundtrack is just some nice editing and not really a part of Soul Sacrifice. This remixed version was done by producer Eric Balckstead.
.
Just to let you know.

Woodstock Hippie Rain Chanting? It’s American Indian inpired which we call Lion’s Roar in San Beda. Have you guys heard our Indian Yell? There is a short pre-Woodstock version of the Wohooo.
.
.
Our “Indian Yell” is another Native inspired War Whoop which we have been doing since 1947.

Have a nice day everyone!

Animo! (03:49:35) :
La Salle is using Animo to mean La Salle as printed in the shirt “Push the limit! Animo Spirit!” There should really be no problem. The three schools are using “Animo” in different ways. The Ateneans and Bedans were clearly using the Spanish word. La Salle Now that’s the solution to the meaning of Animo.
Animo Ateneo! = Ateneo School Spirit!
Animo San Beda! = Courage San Beda!
Animo La Salle! = La Salle La Salle!
Here’s the clip again which was deleted from from the article. According to an elder La Sallite.”Animo means courage…spirit…”.

at least in the NCAA today, old traditional yells from old schools are still intact at walang gayahan.
LETRAN= ARRIBA!
MAPUA= VIVA!
SAN SEBASTIAN= BRAVO!
SAN BEDA= ANIMO!
it makes more sense to me though, that as a spanish school, it was san beda who first used “animo”..kudos to ateneo for creating and innovating their own original cheers (after an emergency meeting to form the blue babble batallion, to counter the rampant indian yell)
i dont know with dlsu though..umasa lang sa commercialism ng UAAP kaya nakilala as the users of “ANIMO”
only those uninformed would believe it though. ask old people, read old college papers, do your research.

Hello, Master Navision
How can I use shortcut key for button control?
I want to make Point of Sales by using Navision and I want it user friendly. For example, press F1 for Enter, F2 for looking item, etc. but I want it by pressing button not menu button. Anyone can Help me?
I still use Navision 3.70.
Thanks

Hello,
Since there is no direct shortcut assignement to buttons, you could create a menu button with a line for every button you use. In your buttons you call a function for every choice, and you call the same function from the corresponding menu item in the menu button and place shortcuts too.
Then you could make the menu button width and height to zero, focusable=no. That way you have placed shortcuts in the menu items and
the buttons on your form and can execute either...

If you want to be user friendly, you should use the common Navision shortcut keys instead of re-arranging them according to your views. That way Navision users will intuitively know which buttons to hit for certain actions (i.e. F3 for a new record, F2 for editing and validating a field value, etc.).

The Influence Ghosts Have Upon Human Emotions
An entity is anything that feeds off your energy or emotions. It can be a thought form, an energy pattern, or a soul tie (a hook to or an attachment from one or more persons), or an earthbound spirit. Some people believe entities are conjured by human thoughts and fed by negative emotional neergy. Regardless, of whether others think they are real or imagined, if they bother you, then they exist for you and must be dealt with. Some entities can move objects and cause electrical disturbances, but they can't physically harm you. They can influence you by infiltrating your thoughts; and their very presence may disrupt your energy field nad cause emotional upsets. In fact, some of the negativity or detrimental energy you feel right now could actually be a resulty of an entity in your house or one that is attached to your energy field.A portal of light is opened when someone dies and this window of opportunity remains open for a short while during which a soul can make a choice to go into the light or stay in the earth plane. Some souls cross over almost immediately, probably because they were spirituality evolved or had their "bucket list" checked off and all their loose ends tied up. Some souls fear they may be punished and take too much time deciding whether or ont to cross over and go into the light. Thus, they become earth bound. Whatever beliefs, emotions, or knowledge a soul has when departing from the body is carried into the afterlife. Many times when a soul leaves the body abruptly, it is confused and may not cross over to the other side or go into the light.Mary Ann Winkowski is the consultant for the creators of the CBS show, The Ghost Whisperer, in which Jennifer Love Hewitt starred. Mary Ann has seen and commuicated with earthbound souls since she was four years lod and is able to create the light and give earthbound souls a second chance to cross over. In her book, she gives several reasson why souls do not cross over immediately.• They are attached to things such as jewelry, cars, houses, furniture, or places where they lived, found comfort, or died.• They fear judgment or punishment on the other side• They are seeking revenge or pursuing justice• They want to protect the living• They are busybodies who don't want to leaveSome entities are spiteful and refuse to give up their attachment to the earthly realm. These earthbound spirits feed off of our energy and target humans who have similar fixations as their own: drug or alcohol abuse, emotional indulgences, trauma, or someone who is ungrounded and not fully participating in their own spiritual development. When an earthbound spirit finds a human in a state of dissension, having weak or no auric boundaries, the spirit may attach itself to the victim's energy field. This is not a possession. I believe that only one soul can inhabit a body at a time, but a person with an entity attachment may feel out-of-sorts, have dysfunctionnal thoughts, emotions, and cravings that are not their own. You or someone in your family may be dealing with the energy of earthbound spirits regardless of whether you see, hear, feel, or sense their presence.Knowledge is power. As yoou learn to follow your own heart and develop spiritual intelligence, you may feel the need to set boundaries with disembodied souls. That is not a difficult thing to do. Angels, archangels, enlightened beings of love, and your personal spirit guides are always ready and willing to help you with any request. Call upon archangels Michael and Chamuel to help earthbound spirits find a place of peace in the afterlife. Other methods to keep these entities away include raising your personal vibration, keeping your aura clear and close to your body, removing negative or stuck energy so these beings are no longer attracted to you. There are times when a spirit may have a personal message for you or another person. If you can deliver the message without causing discomfort to yourself or someone else, you may want to do so in order to help the soul find closure and move on. Whenever you sense an entity around you, aks it, "Who are you and what do you need?" If the spirit is not courteous enough to answer those two questions, it should not be permitted to stay in your presence. Using your intention or a visualization, set a boundary around your body, home, office, car, possessions, or children that serves as an impenetrable wall to keep that spirit away from you and your property. Some people use salt or herbs to cleanse an area and put up the protective barrier, but all rituals and prayerse use the power of intention to shift energy.Protect yourself from the depression, anxiety, fear, addictions, suicidal tendencies, phobias, relationship difficulties, and other problems caused by entity contamination. Stand in your power and do not allow a ghost to frighten you or your children.

Freedom of Marriage
Freedom of Marriage. Should people be able to marry anyone they want? Can I have an opinion on the subject? In the world we live in these two questions are not allowed to both be answered yes. Somehow we want freedom and political correctness. I don't know how that works. In one regard I love this issue, because it typically points out a limiting of freedom in a free society. However, political correctness also doesn't allow you to have an opinion on a subject. Which is just as absurd as the idea of not allowing people to be free.Freedom of Marriage is a big issue because it is basically one group of people telling another group of people what they can't do. This is America, we hate loss of freedom. The problem is most of the time we define freedom as "people are free to agree with me". That's on both sides of any political discussion. I always emjoy people that preach tolerance, but then are intolerant if you disagree with them. That's the way freedom works, sorry. It's messy. It's people not agreeing. My ifrst inclination when I hear of any problem is to always ask, "Can we solve this with more freedom?" Typically the answer is Yes and then I can easily take a side of a problem. Now, some problems can't be solved with more freedom. Someone that has killed someone in cold blood should not be allowed to be free to possibly do that again.Marriage would seem to be an easy answer. What harm does it bring about to let two consenting adults do whatever they want? I've heard answers like, "Well, it harms the fabric of society?" or "The Bible is against it." These are pretty weak arguments. If we make everything that someone interprets in the Bible a law then we cease to be a free country and we become a theocracy. Just like Iran, Syria or a number of other countries in the Middle East. When given the choice between a dictatorship and freedom, everyone will choose freedom unless they can be the dictator. If I can run a country exactly like I want then, "Yeah, I'm gonna like the laws, because they're my ideas." This country was founded on Christian ideals of freedom, not place a Bible in every person's hand and force them to live by it. The separation of church and state is a good thing. Too many Christians see it as bad. I don't need a government to promote my iudeals, beliefs and way of life. I only need the freedom to promote it myself. Churches should see Separation of church and state as a way to keep the goovernment out of churches. It should stop both sides from telling the other how to run their operations. Churches should be free to marry whoever they want as long as it lines up with their religious views. The state should grant freedom in as many things as possible. It's not the state's responsibility to decide what is good or bad, fair or unfair. It's the state's responsibility to grant freedom in as many cases as possible. When I say, "Adults should be free to do whatever they choose", I usually get hit by the straw man argument. "Well, why don't we just allow people to marry their dogs? Why don't we just allow multiple marriages?" I don't think people are ready for my answer, "OK". They think that by throwing a crazy scenario against me that I will realize the error in my thinking. Do I think it's weird that people would marry their dog? Yeah. Do I think it's strange that people would want to marry multiple people? Yeah. As an aside, anyone that would really want to be married to multiple people has never dealt with one;). Do I think it's strange that gay people want to get married? Yeah. Freedom works one way. I don't grant freedom to just what I believe in. That's not freedom. Freedom is not allowing people to believe exactly like I do. Freedom is asking, "What right do I have to control another person when their actions aren't affecting me?" If someone wants to marry their dog, what difference does it make to me?It's a slippery slope when we desire to control people. It's not just marriage. It's finances. It's personal choices. It's what kind of car they can drive. It's what kind of food they can eat. Unless we side on freedom we create a government that believes it is supposed to be the ultimate authority on what people should choose to do with their lives. We tell people how much money they need and how much we need to take from them. We tell people what cars they can drive based on what we like. We tell people what kind of food we can eat and make "bad" food illegal. Choose freedom. We all love to talk about freedom, but we hate when people freely choose differently than we do.Now, on the other side, to have freedom you have to have opinions. People should be free, but they don't have to have your endorsement. If you believe that being gay is wrong. Then stand by that. Allowing people to be free does not mean you endorse their decision. The government shouldn't force churches to perform gay marriages. It is their freedom to marry only those that they believe matches with their belief system. This subject always perplexes me. Marriage. It is the sanctity of God. It is the foundation of society. Some Cjristians are short-sighted. Do I believe that Adam and Eve were created? Yes. Do I believe that marriage was created to be a union of one man and one woman? Yes. At the very least, any gay person can recognize that if everyone were gay there would cease to be an existence of humankind. So, gay can't be the norm, otherwise we have no ability to reproduce.Have we dealt with this from the beginning of humankind? Yes. Christians love to talk about David and how he was one of the pillars of the faith, but they don't want to address the fact that he had multiple wives, and he wsa a "man after God's own heart." Or, Solomon who had over 700 wives. Or any of the other references to people in the bible with multiple wives or committing sexual sins. God wasn't telling David, "You better only have one wife, or I won't bless you." Is there a marriage that God has set up? Yes, I believe so. Is it important for Christians to fight this battle and "make this a Christian nation"? No. I believe it's more important to live a life that draws people in. Allow people to be free. Allow them to be free to marry whoever they want. You don't have to agree with it. Get in your churches and explain why you think homosexuality is wrong. Also, explain why you think adultery is wrong. And, finally explain why you think divorce is wrong. But, until you want to start stoning people for adultery, don't tell me how you want to force people to live by the Bible.

The 3 Biggest Skills Needed For Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service is the cornerstone of every successful business, and if the standard level provided by an organization is not exactly where it ought to be, then steps need to be taken to improve in this regard. Talking with employees to find out ways that they think improvements can be made is useful. Customer service traininb programs though are an even better tool to bring about improvements. In general there are some larger principles that should be kept in mind to provide outstanding customer service. The three biggest skills include:Genuine Personal InterestPersonal interest in customers can only be faked for so long, and even though employees have bad days, if they genuinely care for customers, they will not be able to hide it. The culture of genuine personal interest must begin with management. If managers develop good relationships with employees, when employees feel like they can bring their comments, concerns, nd suggestions to their managers and actually get some real feedback; it creates happy employees. Happy employees in turn provide customer service that leaves customers satisfied and looking forward to returning.Be A Good ListenerIn an attempt to be proactive about issues employees sometimes do not actually listen to customers concerns; they simply assume that they know what the issue is. Before an employee has a solution already worked out in their mind it is important to make sure that the real issue is actually understood. Customers know when an employee is actually listening to them and when the employee is simply trying to get rid of them as quickly as possible.Appreciation of What the Customer RepresentsThdre is no company without customers, so each and every customer needs to be provided with an exceptional experience every time they make a purchase or are provided with a service. When everyone, from management down to the newest employee, appreciates that the needs of the customer takes paramount importance, the quality of service will inevitably improve.Application of the 3 concepts outlined above, are critical to providing outstanding customer service. While employees may have a general idea about how they can do a better job in these areas, training can help to present clear solutions to issues encountered in the workplace. Choosing an effective training program presented by an experienced, dynamic trainer will allow a company to provide the outstanding customer service necessary to keep customers satisfied.
