なんのことか、分からないでしょう？
私、結構、格闘技好きなんですよ。
で、見るのに飽き足らず、総合格闘技なんてモノを
習って、おりまして、かれこれ、１４年目なんですよ。
道場スタイルなので、当然、稽古初めってものがありまして
今日が、その日だったんですよー。o(TヘTo) くぅ
昼１２時スタート！！
みんな、キックパンツの中
一人、柔術着！！（一応、師範なもので）しかも、青！
目立ちまくり
(=´▽｀)ゞ イヤァ～
今日の天気予報では、雪！
降ってはいなかったが、とにかく寒い
(((((( ;ﾟДﾟ)))))ｶﾞｸｶﾞｸﾌﾞﾙﾌﾞﾙ
準備体操から、ミット打ち！
だが、この時点で軽く、汗でてる
かなりのホカホカ状態ヽ(*´∀｀)ﾉ
息は、ゼイゼイ状態（ ´д｀）ゼ～ゼィ～～
それから、川の中でキック５０本
これが最大の山場！！
この川の中に入る勇気あるものがいるのか？
いました、イッパイΣ(゜ロ゜;)!!
幼年部、少年部の皆様方
さすが、気合が違います
だって、キック５０本の前に水遊びしてるんだもの
ｷﾞｬ━━━━━━Σヾ(ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ━━━━━━ !!!!
高齢にはショッキング映像！！
ｺﾞｼｺﾞｼ(-_＼)(/_-)三( ﾟДﾟ) ｽ､ｽｹﾞｰ!
入りたくないが、師範が、ビビっちゃｶｯｺ悪い
平静を装い、川の中へ
あれ？あまり、寒くない！？
そうです、マヒしてるんです。(笑´∀｀)ヶﾗヶﾗ
とりあえず、水しぶき上げながらキック５０本
（下半身、ヌレヌレ(*´∀`*)）
無事、終了！！
川から上がったとたん、寒い
(((ﾞ◇ﾞ)))ｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀｶﾀ
すぐに、胴衣とN-3を着込みぬくぬく（*＾-＾*）
これで、終わりだなっと思ってたのだが
塾長『今からスパーリングしまーーーーーーす！！』
(；￣Д￣）なんですと？
えっ？聞いてない
(゜ロ゜)ギョェ
普通、マススパーリングっといって
スネあて、マウスピース、ファールカップ（金的パッド）など装着するのだが
スパーリングなので、一切無し！！(||ﾟДﾟ)ひぃぃッ!(ﾟДﾟ||)
12ozグローブとキックパンツのみ
ヤベー、新春男祭り開催！！
新年そうそう、ガッツンガッツン、シバキあいました。
妙な緊張感の為か、結構楽しい
とりあえず、怪我も無く終了
（相手は右肘を怪我いたしました、ごめんね。）
最後は、恒例の豚汁
美味い！！w(°0°)w
ケンシロウのように、体から、湯気だしながら
完食（ごっさんです）
充実した寒稽古でした。
今年、一年、まだまだ、現役でできそうです。

Trends in web design come and go. Some stay longer while others just quickly fade away. A simple design is more likely to attract traffic than a design that squeezes everything into limited whitespace. Simplicity in web design exudes naturalness and casualness, an ambiance that makes visitors feel more comfortable and want to stay longer.A simple web design does not necessarily mean it lacks the essential parts of a website. A simple design simply means the efficient use of whitespace to achieve optimal effect. The proper use of whitespace gives a cleaner and clearer design that affords visitors easier navigation. Getting rid of clutter like big icons, bold and dark colors that hide text, overly intricate graphics or too much moving objects and leaving only what is essential and necessary allow visitors to better focus on their search efforts.Web trendsetters keep adding more and more elements to complement designs to the point of overcrowding.
